This antique-style bird pot is an artificial nesting box that was already in use in Holland in the 17th century under the name "Vogelpot." It's ideal for small birds such as all kinds of tits, sparrows, robins, and wrens. Tip: Hang the bird pot at least 1.80 m above the ground and at least 10 m away from the next nesting pot. It's best placed on the north side of a tree so it's not in direct sunlight. The pot should be cleaned in the fall with warm water and a brush.
