DIY natural aphrodisiac: Sensual vanilla oil for skin and senses

Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 5 tbsp dried scented roses
- 1 tbsp cardamom
- 1 tsp finely grated peel of a fresh organic orange
- some alcohol, 40%, in a spray bottle
- 250 ml poppy seed oil or grape seed oil

1 year at room temperature
ApplicationApply vanilla oil to your erogenous zones after bathing as an aphrodisiac fragrance oil. You can also use it as a massage oil or lubricant.

Here’s how to prepare it:
Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, remove the pulp and cut the pod into very small pieces.
Finely grind all plant parts in a mortar or grind them well in a small blender and spray with 40% alcohol until the herbs are moistened.
Pour all ingredients into a bottle.
Let it steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking frequently.
Filter the fragrance oil through a fine sieve and pour it into a dispenser bottle.
