Thornback & Peel
In 2013, trained florist Juliet Thornback and set designer Delia Peel first met in London. Shortly thereafter, they released their first collection together, initially consisting of hand-printed clutches. In 2006, they set up a studio at the London-based designer collective Cockpit Art. Just a year later, they founded Thornback & Peel to create beautiful screen-printed pieces with a British sense of humor for the home. Their work is inspired by a mix of literary elements, such as Mrs. Beeton's Guide to Running a Household in Victorian Britain and Mr. McGregor's Garden. With their colorful and opulently printed textiles, they have created their own style. The most famous patterns from Thornback & Peel are the lobster and rabbit motifs.
