Blueberry yogurt ice cream on a stick – fruity ice cream recipe with Greek yogurt
This homemade blueberry yogurt ice cream is wonderfully creamy, pleasantly fruity, and made entirely without artificial additives. With just a few ingredients like fresh blueberries, honey, and Greek yogurt, you'll have a summery treat on a stick that's quick to make and a hit with all ages. Ideal for hot days or as a healthy snack straight from the freezer.

Ingredients
75 g blueberries
20 g sugar
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
250 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
2 tbsp honey
How to prepare
A fresh, fruity, and only moderately sweet ice cream on a stick! Makes 4–6 pieces
Heat the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool and blend until smooth.
Whisk the yogurt and honey in a bowl until smooth. Layer the yogurt and blueberry puree alternately into the popsicle molds. Freeze for about 1 hour, until the mixture has set slightly. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for another 3–4 hours. Serve immediately or store in a sealable container in the freezer.
