Ingredients for 1 liter of ice cream
250 g strawberries
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400 g)
250 ml cream
Here’s how to prepare it:
Clean the strawberries, cut them into pieces, puree them finely with the lemon juice and mix them with the condensed milk.
Whip the cream until stiff, fold it into the puree, and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker, then pour it into a container and freeze.
Tip
If you want, you can replace the strawberries with raspberries or blueberries.
