Raspberry-vanilla ice cream on a stick – a simple recipe for fruity summer ice cream
This raspberry vanilla ice cream is the perfect refreshment on hot days – fruity, creamy, and made in a flash! Ingredients
80 g sugar
150 ml milk
250 ml cream
½ tsp vanilla powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vodka,
as desired
75 g raspberries
How to prepare
This delicious ice cream on a stick is made in no time and makes 4-6 pieces!
Add the sugar to the milk and stir until dissolved. Stir in the cream, vanilla powder, and vanilla extract or vodka, if desired.
Crush the raspberries and fold them into the ice cream mixture or distribute the whole berries into the ice cream molds.
Divide the ice cream mixture between the molds and freeze for about 1 hour until it is a little
has set. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for another 3–4 hours. Serve immediately or store in a sealable container in the freezer.
