Ingredients for 20 pieces
For the mini bundt cake
50 g soft butter
25 g white chocolate coating
50 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
60 g quark, 3 tbsp passion fruit juice
1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
70 g wheat flour (type 405)
Mini bundt pans of 20, each Ø 4 cm
Margarine and flour
Powdered sugar to dust the mold
For packaging
colored egg cartons
small envelopes
Masking tape
white cake paper
Glue stick, pendant
stamp, yarn
How to prepare
For the mini gugelhupf, preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour the molds. Cream the butter until fluffy. Chop the chocolate and melt it slowly in a warm water bath. Add it to the butter and stir briefly.
Sift the powdered sugar into the butter mixture, add the vanilla sugar, and mix everything together. Stir in the quark and passion fruit juice. Finally, mix in the pudding powder and flour.
Fill the baking tray cavities two-thirds full with the batter and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Test with a skewer if done. Remove the cakes from the oven, let them cool slightly, and then remove them from the cavities. Dust the mini cakes with powdered sugar and place them in the colored egg cartons.
To package the egg boxes, use masking tape to secure the envelopes inside the egg carton lids. (These can be used to wrap small notes and greeting cards for the recipient.)
Fold the cake paper and glue each one to the egg carton's closure flap. Stamp the tag and attach it to the egg carton with masking tape. Alternatively, wrap it around the closed carton with some twine and tie it securely.
